Identify
We identify who to partner with through prayer and the Holy Spirit’s leading; and established connections.
Assess
With local leaders, we assess the particular needs of the community and families.
Implement
We implement solutions and curriculum that fit the needs of the community
through spiritually encouraging, technically equipping, and financially supporting.
Train
We train youth in the community to continue maintaining our curriculum long after we are gone.
Monitor
The Take Heart team travels to local sites quarterly, offering spiritual support, technical assistance, insight, and accountability.
Evaluate
We use our primary success indicators to ensure communities have become independent and are ready for graduation.
Exit
We exit direct work, knowing fully trained local leaders will continue implementing our holistic development model.
